Studio Rental
Our programs aim to support artists at crucial moments in their careers — whether emerging, mid-career, or established. We offer a wide range of options, including our Artist-in-Residence programs at all four locations, or the possibility of studio rental in our Berlin and Mexico City programs.
The Studio Rental program offers artists a dedicated production period in our studios, where they benefit from exchange with other artists, curators, and a broader audience — enhancing the visibility and reach of their work. Unlike our other programs, this option does not include curatorial accompaniment or any special events, visits or activities.

Studios are available for rent, subject to availability.
We have 2 studios which go from 44 m2 to 59 m2 and they include:
Use of common areas: terrace, hall, bathroom, freight elevator
Wifi and electricity
24 hour acces and security
Minimun stay of one month

Studio 59 m2 - $26,000 MXN per month

60 m² gallery-studio with street-facing window and ground-level access
40 m² exhibition room with professional lightning
4K projector for presentations and/or video installations
Full bathroom
Basic kitchen
Included services: heating, hot water, wifi, and electricity
Project modalities:
Pop up (1 day)
This option allows the artist one day for setup, one day for the exhibition, and one day for takedown. The artist is responsible for promotion, transportation of the works (both inbound and outbound), setup, takedown, and any expenses incurred during this period. The space must be returned in the same condition it was received (cleaning, painting, etc.). These costs are the responsibility of the artist.
Studio / Expo (1-4 weeks)
This option allows the artist to use the space to produce and/or exhibit work. All
costs related to production or exhibition must be covered by the artist. lagos|Berlin will provide support only for matters related to the space. Setup, promotion, design, and outreach are the artist’s responsibility. During the project period, it is possible to organize additional events such as talks, workshops, or special visits, as proposed and coordinated with our team.

*Any sale of artworks resulting from the exhibition, during or afer the event, will incur in a 25% sale commission.
